Realme X50 5G Launch Date is Set to be January 7

Although the Realme X2 Pro is their current top-of-the-line flagship model, their upcoming 5G phone is more of an upper mid-range device that comes with an integrated 5G modem. Realme is also expected to release a Realme X50 Youth Edition variant together. The company has now posted a teaser on its social media platform revealing the launch date of the phone.

What the company has so far teased includes dual 5G modes, Stand Alone (SA), as well as Non-Stand Alone (NSA), for the smartphone that will be underpinned by the newly launched Snapdragon 765G SoC, the same one which powers the Redmi K30.

Realme has already confirmed that it will launch the Realme X50 5G smartphone, which happens to be its first-ever 5G device, on January 7, 2020. There's another post on Weibo that repeats all the key determinations of the Realme X50 5G that have been prodded before. It will also be equipped with the new Snapdragon 765G chipset that is now spotted in the Redmi K30 5G. This puts Realme X50 5G in the limelight as it is touted to come with a larger battery or battery life.

Furthermore, the phone will come with a 6.44-inch AMOLED display. However, the front panel isn't seen here, yet it is prodded to don a dual-hole punch design with two selfie cameras.
