Premier League side West Ham United have given their manager Manuel Pellegrini two games ultimatum for him to save his job or face the exit doors.

Freddie Ljungberg is now the interim manager at Arsenal after the sacking of Unai Emery, while Pellegrini is facing an uncertain future at West Ham after a poor run of form sent them into the bottom half of the table.

Arsenal caretaker manager Freddie Ljungberg is already under pressure as the North London-based club suffered a demoralising 2-1 defeat against Brighton & Hove Albion on Thursday night.

The former Newcastle, Chelsea and Liverpool boss, who has been linked with both Arsenal and West Ham in recent years, will join presenter David Jones and Jamie Carragher, who he managed during a six-year spell at Liverpool.

"West Ham have not won at the London Stadium since mid-September while Arsenal have not won on the road in the Premier League since the opening weekend of the season", Owen told BetVictor. They have won just one of their last nine league outings.

Arsenal are winless in seven Premier League games, and they have fallen down to 11th spot in the table, just four points clear of the relegation zone.

The Gunners are very much looking to pick up three points this weekend, with Freddie Ljungberg hoping to pick up three points for the first time as Arsenal boss.
