Wife of Papa John's founder files for divorce

Annette Cox in court papers, Schnatter's wife filed for divorce on Thursday, explaining that their union was "irretrievably broken".

According to TMZ, Cox and Schnatter already have a property settlement agreement, and now, she just needs the judge to sign off on it.

Divorce is just the start of his legal troubles. They own several homes, including million-dollar pads in Utah, Florida and Kentucky. They also have 2 kids, but they're adults.so no child support issues.

The company's CEO defended the chain's pizza after John Schnatter claimed the pizza wasn't as good as when he was in charge.

Papa John's is not going to take criticism about its pizza, even if the criticism is coming from Papa John himself.

It's been a rough couple of years for Papa John's founder John Schnatter.

The suit claimed that the ad firm secretly recorded him and that some details from the secret recording appeared in a Forbes story, which he said falsely reported he used the n-word.
