Manchester United star Paul Pogba viewed Jimmy Butler and the Miami Heat in National Basketball Association action. This is after the 2018 FIFA World Cup victor publicly announced his keenness to "find new challenges" elsewhere in Europe, after three "eventful" seasons at Old Trafford. The owners of Manchester United have already made it clear on several occasions that they will not let Pogba out at any price, despite the fact that the desire of the footballer has always been to change airs. The Frenchman had been heavily linked with a move to the Bernabeu in the summer window and remains a priority target for manager Zidane, who is seeking an upgrade in the midfield department. Real Madrid directors blocked the move in the last minute when they requested a transfer free.

We will see what ends up happening with Pogba, if the United decides to move card and transfer it in this winter market.

The report says Pogba is "no longer the star of the team", with Marcus Rashford, Anthony Martial and Daniel James rising to prominence with the Frenchman now sidelined through an ankle injury.

United were believed to be demanding a fee of around £150m for the 26-year-old during the summer, a fee Real were unable to match following a summer of heavy spending, though the club are prepared to return for the player and use Bale in part-exchange.

Pogba would have delighted United fans after posting a series of clips of him training on Instagram, with indications he is nearing a return to the team.

Another snippet shows him trying out a few lunges before tossing a medicine ball back and forth and finishing up on the rowing machine.

"The Sun" says that Bale did not go to China because Real Madrid waited for Man Utd to put in a big bid for the striker. Why would Real Madrid prefer an English offer?
