Russell Okung, their starting left tackle, will be unable to play due to a groin injury.

Los Angeles Chargers safety Adrian Phillips (forearm) has been designated as a player that will return from Injured Reserve, and he could play as soon as Monday night against the Chiefs in Week 11.
