Nintendo Switch Black Friday 2019 deals on console bundles, games and accessories

Luckily for Nintendo fans, some of the biggest stores in the United States have already confirmed some discounts and bundle sales for Nintendo Switch later this month.

There will be 10 different Switch games that will go on sale on Black Friday. So expect it to be a popular item on many wishlists, along with other items we're adding to's general Black Friday 2019 guide.

We've seen some very attractive Nintendo Switch Lite deals, such as this great console and game bundle price drop, but very few deals get anywhere near the quality of this early Black Friday deal, which lands you the hot new handheld for free. But here are some of the highlights.

For Nintendo Switch Lite model number: HDH-001, the battery life is approximately 3 to 7 hours.

While this isn't any lower than the standard retail price for the Nintendo Switch, the inclusion of Mario Kart 8 in the bundle makes it a particularly tantalizing pick, although it is the same one that was featured a year ago.

The Nintendo Switch Black Friday sales also extend to the games for the portable console.

The Switch Lite doesn't have the detachable controllers or TV display potential of the OG model - so forget about using it for the Switch's "Wii Fit" replacement, "Ring Fit Adventure" - but it can play nearly everything else from the console's impressive library, retailing at a more wallet-friendly US$199 instead.

Yet at US$299 for the original home and portable game console hybrid model, it's twice as expensive as its predecessor, the Nintendo 3DS. Rounding out the accessory discounts is a $30 mark-down on the Poke Ball Plus for Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu and Eevee, which will cost $20 during Black Friday. Super Mario Odyssey, Super Mario Party, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Splatoon 2, Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze, Mario Tennis Aces, Kirby Star Allies, Octopath Traveler, and Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus will all be discounted by $20, bringing them all down to $40 each. A Nintendo Switch Black Friday bundle has been announced, but it might not be the best deal on closer examination.
