This year, Blizzcon kicks off on the 1st of November, so we should get confirmation on these rumours by the end of next week. Regarding leaks, Blizzard will announce the continuation of its famous electronic sports title, Overwatch, to Blizzcon 2019.

The title was then followed by two more expansions: Reaper of Souls in 2013 and Rise of the Necromancer in 2016.

Blizzard's seeming preference of mobile gamers over its loyal PC gaming fan base caused some players to accuse the company of neglecting its core supporters.

It's no secret that Blizzard are working on Diablo 4, we've known for a while that the company is developing it, so much so that a year ago at BlizzCon fans were upset when it wasn't announced.

BlizzCon 2018 is from November 2 to November 4, with Diablo 3: Eternal Collection for the Switch out on November 2, the first day of the convention. However, what was surprising is that the company is also developing a remastered version of the massively popular Diablo 2, which will likely be for modern game consoles.

Being one of the most notable game developers in existence, Blizzard often finds itself in the news, but these past few weeks have been a bit rough, to say the least. We won't be able to confirm anything, nor do we have any forthcoming information on either release.

He said: "For all those who will be interested in us, diablo 4 and diablo 2 remastered will also be announced".

Having mentioned that, it appears like a close to certainty at this level that Diablo 4 goes to be revealed at BlizzCon 2019. Diablo 4 is one of the most sought-after games, and it would definitely please the fans of the series.
