Running back Saquon Barkley returns to the lineup for NY after missing three games with a high ankle sprain. On the next play, quarterback Daniel Jones was strip sacked by cornerback Patrick Peterson and the Cardinals took over on Giants' 17-yard line. Olsen stole the show with his analysis, though.

"Even when I'm done playing this game one day, I'm always going to want to be out there because you love this game and this is a game that I grew up watching and grew up wanting to do, and I get to wake up every single morning and live my dream, " Barkley said. It was the third straight loss for the Giants (2-5), who appear likely to miss the playoffs for the seventh time in eight years. Arizona won 27-21 thanks to a monstrous line from Chase Edmonds, who totaled 126 rushing yards and three touchdowns.

Barkley, who rushed for 72 yards on 18 carries, scored on a 7-yard run to get the Giants within 24-21 with 8:13 to go. This time, he took a draw and ran up the middle through some feeble tackles for a 20-yard score and a 14-0 lead. The second was set up by Hicks' interception. Nice stand in fourth quarter limiting the damage to a field goal. Jones capped a four-play, 79-yard drive with his TD toss to Ellison to get the Giants on the scoreboard.

NOTES: Arizona's Dennis Gardeck partially blocked a punt by Riley Dixon punt early in third quarter and it still went 38 yards.
