Kate Middleton is ready for fall.

For the outing, she wore a plum-colored fitted Warehouse sweater, green Jigsaw pants, matching purple heels and a burgundy Chanel clutch.

According to the Kensington Royal Instagram account, Kate is visiting the Angela Marmont Centre for UK Biodiversity to "hear how it is championing and helping to protect wildlife".

LONDON, ENGLAND - OCTOBER 09: Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge visits The Angela Marmont Centre For UK Biodiversity at Natural History Museum on October 09, 2019 in London, England.

Then, for a more high-end touch, the Duchess accessorized her look with a quilted Chanel bag-which matched her knitwear up on top-that featured a striking gold top handle detail.

However, not only was the ensemble a lesson on the bourgeoise trend gaining ground for fall '19, it was also a class act when it came to expensive dressing.

Veering towards accessible ready-to-wear pieces, Middleton wore a burgundy sweater with a scalloped neckline by Warehouse, which retails for $48.

And the Duchess of Cambridge gave a nod to her sister-in-law the Duchess of Sussex with her flared olive culottes by high-street brand Jigsaw - with the popular brand recently included in Meghan's charity capsule collection.

Kate and husband Prince William are scheduled to embark on an upcoming royal tour to Pakistan next week.
