Liza Womack filed the lawsuit at the Los Angeles County Superior Court on October 7, claiming negligence, breach of contract and wrongful death, according to documents obtained by ET.

"Lil Peep's death from an accidental drug overdose was a bad tragedy", the statement reads.

Lil Peep was in the middle of his "Call Me When You're Sober Tour" when he died and Womack is claiming that people affiliated with First Access Entertainment were well aware of his physical and mental exhaustion at the time. She cites an instance from her son's tour stop in London, where his management allegedly gifted the rapper with a full bottle of pills at a restaurant during dinner. Womack says Peep was regularly supplied with controlled drugs and illegal substances including Xanax and Ketamine while on the road. In the suit, she adds, despite being in a "comatose-like state" ... his managers allowed him to perform.

Her lawsuit also claims Ahr requested to temporarily halt touring because he was "anxious, stressed, overwhelmed, burnt out, exhausted, and physically unwell", but his managers "ignored" his request and urged him to continue to perform on "stage after stage" after they were done "plying and propping him up" medication and illegal drugs.

During the last tour stop before Peep's death in El Paso, Tex., his mother alleges that Mercer, told him to take "an excessive amount of Xanax" so he would get sick and then insurance would cover the cancellation of the show. Also. Womack claims Mercer had a sexual relationship with peep. Whether or not Peep did as Mercer is alleged to have instructed in unknown, as he ended up taking the stage that night. His cause of death was listed as a combination of fentanyl and alprazolam (Xanax).

Womack is suing for unspecified damages. "However, the claim that First Access Entertainment, any of its employees, or Chase Ortega, or anyone else under our auspices was somehow responsible for, complicit in, or contributed to his death is categorically untrue".
