In a note posted to his Instagram Story, he wrote, "I$3 woke up today so hurt man. I talked to him if not every day, every other day and we really got into a deep conversation about that", Dennis reportedly said in the interview.

Drake is "so hurt" after his dad Dennis Graham recently claimed he has lied about their relationship to "sell records".

He seems to be reacting to his dad going on Nick Cannon's Power 106.1FM morning show on October 1 and claiming that Drake made up a strained relationship with his Memphis-living dad while he was growing up with his mom in Toronto. "I always been with Drake", Dennis responded. He (said), "Dad, it sells records".

Find his comments around the 5:18 mark in the video below. However, Drake has since fired back and said that his father was indeed absent in his life when he was young, causing quite a stir on social media.

According to Graham, he "had a conversation with Drake" about the way his son portrays him in his music. "It's sad when family gets like this, but what can we really do that's the people we are stuck with". We've got some of those reactions below.

On Tuesday, the interview seemed to come to Drake's attention, with the 32-year-old Canadian rapper appearing to react to Graham's comments on Instagram.

As of writing, Graham has not responded to his son's note. "All he had was his mother".

He also addressed his absentee father on "Look What You've Done" off 2011's Take Care.

Oof. Let's hope that these two will be able to work out their issues soon.
