Netflix is developing the drama A Time Lost, based on an original story by Millie Bobby Brown and her sister Paige Brown.

Now in development with the streamer, the original story idea comes from the sisters who will also produce through PCMA Productions. Millie Bobby Brown will produce, while Paige Brown and Robert Brown are executive producing. "It's been a labor of love, literally", the Brown sisters said in a statement to Deadline.

In addition, Klassen (who is now in the midst of writing fellow Netflix Original Dorothy and Alice) also took to Twitter to reveal that Millie Bobby Brown had a hand in bringing her on board. A Time Lost centres on a feud between two Long Island families, who reach a crossroad when one of their teenage daughters is diagnosed with cancer. At this time, the Stranger Things actress is only attached to produce A Time Lost, though it's also conceivable that she could star should the project come together with the right director.

Lisa Nishimura, VP of independent film and documentary features for Netflix, said, "Millie is an extraordinary creative talent".

This is Millie Bobby Brown's second time acting as a producer on a film - she is now producing the mystery feature film adaptation Enola Holmes, in which she is set to star as the younger sister the famous Sherlock Holmes.

Brown is represented by WME and attorney Steve Warren.
