This comprehensive concept vehicle is an example of the sustainable mobility future Audi is expecting to deliver in the next few years.

After months of teasing, companies like Audi, Hyundai, and Mercedes-Benz officially unveiled their latest concept vehicles at the Frankfurt Motor Show Tuesday. Audi says that the futuristic vehicle has no screens for streaming content or videoconferencing. The AI:TRAIL is not an ordinary SUV, as it combines the Quattro system with automated driving to provide incredible off-road capabilities.

According to the company, the Hyundai 45 represents the company's autonomous, electric, and high-tech future, meant to offer passengers an emotional experience instead of just a driving experience. The battery is packaged in the floor of the vehicle, and Audi says it won't come into contact with the ground. It has construction made of high-tech steel, aluminum, and carbon fiber.

The windshield of the vehicle was created to wrap around like the cockpit of a helicopter.

Of course the concept's highlight isn't the hardware hidden underneath but the choices made for its bodywork; Audi opted for a helicopter-style all-round visibility, offering passengers an unobstructed view outside both in front and to the sides. Audi AI:TRAIL quattro rolls on tires that have sensors inside and can regulate their air pressure depending on needs.

The new Audi concept features four electric motors, one assigned to each wheel, with a combined output of 429 HP (435 PS) and 737 lb-ft (1,000 Nm) of torque.
