Apple is just a few hours away from launching the "revolutionary new iPhone". That should hopefully mean fewer cracks from accidental drops.

Ming-Chi Kuo, known for his razor sharp Apple predictions, has reported the iPhone 11 series won't support the Apple Pencil, according to MacRumours, despite persistent rumours to the contrary.

The iPhone 11 is here, and Apple is placing a big bet on camera upgrades.

He started things off with news about the app store, announced Apple Arcade, delivered news about the 7th generation iPad, Apple Watch and iPhone.

The new strategy comes as iPhone sales have declined year-over-year for the past two fiscal quarters and investors are fixed on the growth potential for services.

There's also a new Night Mode that kicks in automatically when you're snapping pics, so you don't have to switch anything in the camera.

About the iPhone 11's camera setup, the phone introduces its dual-camera system with new Ultra Wide and Wide cameras that are integrated into iOS 13, both of those supporting 4K video with extended dynamic range.

As is the case with every Apple event, the firm will live stream proceedings on its website.

That's great for iPhone users, but knowing Apple's battery-life reputation that still won't last as long as Android devices (and their huge batteries) are known to do.

It also has Dolby Atmos, and toughened glass on the front and back. The new smarter design is up to 20% faster than the A12 Bionic as well. Apple showed a trailer for "See", a show starring Jason Momoa that takes place in the future in a world without sight.

A new Midnight Green finish has been added to the lineup on the iPhone 11 Pro, and it's stunning.

"We might get to see what Apple looks like as a company when they are talking about services and hardware as one product". They offer better color reproduction and range, increased brightness, and much more. The best part? The iPhone 11 is cheaper than the previous $749 iPhone XR, starting at just $699.

You might not believe it, but Apple actually made a decision to stop skimping and include an 18W wall adapter and USB-C to Lightning cable in the box with all three new iPhone 11 models!
