Today, the internet bequeathed us the ideal Venn diagram of pop culture ephemera with the release of the new Little Women trailer.

However, Jo is determined to prove women are more than just wives.

Saoirse Ronan, Emma Watson, Florence Pugh and Eliza Scanlen star as March sisters Jo, Meg, Amy and Beth, respectively, bolstered by supporting performances from Meryl Streep, Laura Dern and Timothée Chalamet. The film follows the family over the decades, as they experience everything from poverty and social dissolution, to the sharp pangs of first love. Well, you're in luck, as the eighth adaptation of Little Women, directed by Lady Bird's Greta Gerwig and starring Saoirse Ronan, Timothée Chalamet and Meryl Streep, among others, is here. However, Laurie eventually falls for Jo's sister, Amy, and they end up married.

Emma Watson to star as Meg in newest adaptation of Little Women. Instead, Gerwig has clearly found her own take on the material, and I can't wait to see how it all shakes out when it arrives in theaters on Christmas. The first official stills from the movie, featuring the cast in elaborate costumes, dropped in June 2019. However, they aren't the only celebrities in the cast.
