L'Equipe claim that Paris Saint-Germain would be prepared to sell Neymar for a substantial offer, which they call an "XXL offer".

Neymar, ruled out of the Copa America by an ankle injury, was brought in from Barcelona two years ago for a world record €222million fee.

PSG moved to replace sporting director Antero Henrique on Friday by welcoming back Leonardo after almost six years away and the Brazilian will be tasked with disciplining a talented but unruly squad that saw no shortage of controversy last campaign.

And speaking in a rare interview with France Football, Al-Khelaifi indicated he will no longer tolerate "celebrity behaviour" at PSG in what was widely interpreted as a veiled dig at Neymar.

Al-Khelaifi acknowledged that change was required behind the scenes and is pleased with the appointment of Leonardo, who oversaw the club's takeover by Qatar Sports Investments during his first spell as sporting director.

"The players will have to accept responsibility, even more than beforehand".

"Things must be completely different, they must do more, work more …. they're not here to have fun".

The Neymar case has spun 180 degrees since Leonardo's arrival. They are not there to please themselves. "Leonardo will have absolute sporting power". If they do not agree, the doors are open - Ciao! He has my total confidence. "His natural authority will be good for everybody - especially the players".

Khelaifi added "I don't want any more "diva" behaviour”".
