Bandai Namco has officially announced Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch Remastered, an updated version of the PlayStation 3 RPG.

While PS4 and PC will be receiving a "Remaster" of the original, including upgraded resolution and 60fps gameplay, the Switch version of the classic won't quite hit those lofty heights.

However, it sounds like White Witch won't be getting the same remaster treatment for the hybrid handheld.

Have you played this Ni no Kuni or will you be catching up come September? Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch Remastered will have a 1080p resolution and run at 60 frames per second. Follow Oliver's journey as he embarks into a world inhabited by familiars and foes in the hopes of bringing back his mom. One year later the "Wrath of the White Witch" storyline and moniker was added in for the PS3 release, greatly expanding the scope of the game. "A lovely and compelling tale told by expert storytellers with a heartbreaking score, Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch stands alongside the best games of the last generation. We're excited to let gamers rediscover this rich world on modern systems".
