In addition to this contest on September 8, the Patriots will reportedly have four other primetime games on their schedule for 2019, including a Thursday night matchup with the Eli Manning and the Giants.

The New England Patriots will open their 2019 season at home against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday Night Football on September 8.

Not a bad opponent for the Patriots to raise Banner No. 6 in front of, given their historic rivalry that isn't much of a rivalry. Manning bested Brady twice during his his career on the way to a pair of Vince Lombardi Trophies, but has failed to guide the Giants to the postseason in all but one of the past seven seasons since Super Bowl XLVI. New England will also host Kansas City, Cleveland, Dallas, Buffalo, Miami and the New York Giants and Jets next season.
