Harry and Meghan, who married last May and are expecting their first child this spring, visited New Zealand late a year ago as part of their Pacific tour, which also included Australia.

The royal couple are due to welcome their first child in April.

Harry also met the school dog Winnie, a white cavachon - a cross between a Bichon Frise and a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel - during the visit, as he talked with the schoolchildren and helped plant trees in the school garden.

In this final episode of The Windsors, we explore the extent to which Prince William became the beneficiary of relentlessmedia fascination, and at times, intrusion.

On Tuesday morning, the Duke and the Duchess of Sussex made a surprise visit to the New Zealand House in London where they signed a book of condolence for the victims of the Christchurch terror attack.

Harry and Meghan were greeted with a Hongi - the traditional Maori greeting where people press their noses together - by High Commissioner Sir Jerry Mateparae and Deputy High Commissioner David Evans.

Another student seemed confused to see Prince Harry, wondering when the real Duke of Sussex would arrive. He also unveiled a commemorative plaque as part of the The Queen's Commonwealth Canopy scheme. "I've just had my hair cut for the occasion'".

"We are thrilled that so many schools like St Vincent's are planting, whilst teaching and educating children about the benefits trees bring".

Meghan Markle is set to break with British tradition and attend a second baby shower.

The children later gave Harry gifts including an eco-friendly yellow raincoat and wellington boots for the new royal baby.

At eight months pregnant and with no further official royal commitments on the calendar for Meghan Markle, she would have been forgiven for not making any public appearances before the birth of baby Sussex for any reason.

Last month Meghan, 37, flew to NY for a baby shower on February 20 with A-list friends including Amal Clooney, Serena Williams, Gayle King and Abigail Spencer.
