Emilia Clarke says Game of Thrones season 8 will shock the audience

The 32-year-old actress - who plays Daenerys Targaryen on the hit HBO show - admitted she is a "goody two shoes", but quipped that she had a stab at attempting to shift the giant metal sculpture into her auto.

Game of Thrones' fans are desperate to know what's coming in the eighth season and it seems Emilia Clarke has hinted the fans about something big.

'But I think there's going to be some things... "I know there's going to be some things in this last season that will shock people".

Last February 24, HBO posted on their twitter account a video montage of their upcoming series and films that will be returning for a new season.

One particular scene that captured the attention of GoT fans was when Arya Stark saw Daenerys' dragon for the first time.

Ahead of Sunday night's True Detective season finale, HBO shared another look into what the future holds for the final season of Game of Thrones, which premieres April 14.

The eighth chapter of the show comes nearly two years after last instalment aired on July 16, 2017.

If a teaser on Oreo's official Instagram page is any indication, the cookie giant and Game of Thrones will be collaborating on a special box of goodies. The final battle between the humans and the undead took 55 nights of outdoor shooting, a first for the show and perhaps even the history of television.
