Child endangerment: Police sources told the publication that Pooch was driving in Burbank at around 7:30 p.m. when witnesses called 911 after seeing the toddler on his lap and gripping the steering wheel.

The Los Angeles District Attorney's Office charged Hall with DUI and felony child and abuse on Wednesday (Oct. 24).

Hall, a star on the hit shows "The Game" and "Ray Donovan," is staring at a possible six years and six months in prison for his little stunt with an unsecured child, according to TMZ.

According to police reports, a witness saw Hall's vehicle collide with a parked auto and that Hall was behind the wheel at the time of the crash along with his 2-year-old son, who was sitting in his lap instead of a auto seat. The actor's vehicle eventually crashed, but no one was physically hurt in the incident.

Present in the courtroom, the long-time regular on the Liev Schreiber-led Hollywood fixer show was also instructed to get an ignition interlocking device installed in his vehicle so he can not drive if the test detects too much booze on his breath.

When police arrived, Hall was reportedly inebriated and unable able to speak. Hall was arrested and held on $100,000 bail.

The actor was handcuffed and taken to jail, while his son was was released to his mother's custody.

After failing the requisite field sobriety tests, Hall, 41, was booked into Los Angeles County.

Hall is now a series regular on the Showtime hit Ray Donovan, where he plays Darryl Donovan, the half-brother to Liev Schreiber's title character. He's appeared in several roles for film and TV including Jumping The Broom and Chuck.
