Will Smith gave the world its first look at the first tease for the "Aladdin" live-action remake Wednesday when he showed off a cryptic poster on Instagram.

Check out the poster below. Mulan, The Lion King, The Little Mermaid and the recently announced Lilo & Stitch are about to hit the big screen in the following years. Looking similar to the 1992 Robin Williams film, the poster features an ornate lamp and blue smoke along with the words: "Choose wisely". It is set for release on May 24th 2019. Earlier today, Smith granted fans' wishes by unveiling the first poster for the film. Smith followed it up by saying, "Can't wait for y'all to see me BLUE!", alluding to his role as Genie.

Naomi Scott, who played the Pink Ranger in the 2017 "Power Rangers" movie, is Princess Jasmine in the film, directed by Guy Ritchie.

Disney has brought on producer Dan Lin (Sherlock Holmes) and executive producer Jonathan Eirich to work with director Guy Ritchie.

With the first poster now out in the wild, it shouldn't be long before we get a glimpse at those Arabian nights in a trailer - and the film is set to hit United Kingdom cinemas on 24 May.
