Harry and Meghan will head down under in October for the Invictus Games in Sydney, a world-renowned sporting event in celebration of wounded war veterans which was founded by the Duke in 2014.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry arrive walking hand-in-hand with the Duchess wearing Jason Wu.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex dazzled at a charity gala last night, kickstarting the royal family's fall series of engagements and appearances after spending the summer in various remote castles and hideaways.

She broke into a fit of giggles along with Prince Charles and Camilla when a bee interrupted her husband while he paid tribute to his dad for his charity work over the years.

In a clip posted to a royal fan page Instagram account, a doting Prince Harry, 33, is seen affectionately rubbing and caressing the back of Meghan Markle, 37, as the royal couple chat to families at the event.

The insider added: "Harry is tactile and protective of his new wife".

The insider told how Charles "showed so much love towards" them on that day.

"They both are very affectionate and always touching each other".

"He's got a real soft spot for her and thinks she's the best thing to have happened to Harry".

A source previously said: "Meghan is absolutely broken by the drama with her father".
