The filings are required for encrypted devices sold in several Eastern European countries, including Russian Federation.

The EEC filing gives some clues about Apple's products.

These model numbers aren't associated with any known Apple Watch.

The list is included in a commercialization permit issued by the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC), spotted by French Apple blog Consomac.

Series 3 Apple Watches have eight model numbers which include two aluminum Global Positioning System only models and six aluminum, stainless steel and ceramic LTE models in two sizes.

They will run watchOS 5 out of the box, the upcoming software that is still in the preview stage.
