Thomas Markle appeared to change his mind after speaking with Meghan and Harry, but he again backed out several days later, saying he had suffered a heart attack and would be unable to travel.

While Meghan Markle's father Thomas Markle and half-sister Samantha Markle continue to be a source of embarrassment to the Royal Family by giving interviews to the highest bidder, the same can not be said of her mother, Doria Ragland.

"I know that she was eager to live closer to her daughter".

Meghan, who was recently warned by Princess Diana's former butler, Paul Burrell, that there wasn't "much time" left for her to conceive, is rumoured to be waiting until after their royal tour.

A USA source close to the couple revealed to The Sun that, "Meghan loves Thomas and does want to maintain a relationship with him in the long run".

"She is adjusting to married life and her new role in the spotlight".

A family friend claimed Ragland will possibly make the move from Los Angeles as soon as next month in time for her 62nd birthday. "There is no quick fix".

Of course, some people see the news about Meghan's mom as a precursor to Meghan and Harry becoming parents themselves. He said that he was actively involved in her life, and she lived with him from the age of 11 until she went to college.

Ever since missing the royal wedding in May due to last minute heart surgery, Thomas Markle has been airing his family's private matters in a series of tell-all interviews. I love them. I wish them well.

In an old interview that Meghan gave in 2015 to Hello magazine, she had apparently confessed about splurging on a Cartier watch which she has kept as an heirloom to be passed on to her kids.

The Mexico-based retiree says his daughter also ignored his request to send invitations to "all [his] family".

"Then I hung up", he said. "Of course that didn't happen", he said.

Thomas Markle made the case in his first TV interview after Meghan and Harry's wedding as to why he felt the need to speak out. According to Markle, the prince rebuked him for talking to the press, to which Markle said he responded: "Maybe it would be better for you guys if I was dead. then you could pretend to be sad".
