For the last three quarters, Samsung's smartphone shipments have come down drastically owing to Xiaomi's popular Redmi series phones and now, the tech giant is planning to bring a feature-rich Galaxy J6 with the iconic design language of the Galaxy S8 and the Galaxy S9 series and hopes it would reinvigorate the mobile sales in the country. "It's coming to take you #ToInfinityAndMore". Based on the photo shared, the Galaxy J6 will not have any side bezels, though it will continue to have the top and bottom bezel. Also, the smartphone is set to be a budget device from Samsung with its price under Rs 15,000.

Earlier specifications of the Galaxy J6 were leaked online by SamMobile along with specifications of another smartphone called Galaxy J4.

A support page for an unannounced Samsung tablet bearing model number SM-T583 has been spotted on the company's South Korean website. It's pertinent to mention here that Samsung didn't release a 2017 iteration of the Galaxy Tab A 10.1 even though the company did launch an 8-inch version of the tablet.

The Samsung Galaxy J6 will be equipped with a 5.6-inch HD+ AMOLED Infinity Display with a resolution of 1480 x 720 pixels and 18.5:9 aspect ratio.

Under its hood, the device is believed to get the power from a Samsung Exynos 7870 SoC paired with 2GB/3GB/4GB RAM and 32GB/64GB storage space.

As far as the photography hardware is concerned, it is expected to come with a 13MP camera on the back and an 8MP front snapper. The phone comes in 3GB + 32GB and 4GB + 64GB memory configurations and packs a 3,500mAh battery.

Budget Samsung features such as S bike mode and Ultra Data Savings are also likely to make a comeback.
