As AR technology is slowing gaining popularity, AR Core support will enable developers to create apps more easily. India isn't mentioned in the list, but Samsung is gearing up to bring the Sunrise Gold color option to the country in the coming months, so there's a possibility that it will do the same in the U.S. For starters, top-tier smartphones today are incredibly powerful and, in turn, tend to be "good enough" even a few years after initially hitting store shelves.

Burgundy Red will be available in Korea and China from May.

On the other hand, those looking for a "contemporary and traditional" feel should probably go for the Burgundy Red color which Samsung says - quite hilariously - is "one of the deepest reds available".

Samsung said the gold edition will also be sold in large markets such as Australia, Chile, Germany and Russian Federation, with shipments to other countries to follow.

Samsung has announced two new colors for its Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus devices.

With this announcement, the flagship handset can now be picked up in six different colorways including Midnight Black, Titanium Gray, Coral Blue, and Lilac Purple. Samsung did not explicitly state that these color options would be coming to the US. It was later rolled out to smartphones manufactured by Asus, LG, Huawei, Motorola, and Sony.
