He was unhappy not to play in the 4-1 defeat by Manchester City, and left the bench before the end of Sunday's game after being an unused substitute.

The forward eventually apologised but not before engaging in a conversation with Moyes the following day that soon became common knowledge, to the Scot's disquiet.

The England global is said to be frustrated at his lack of game time now, and now as per reports in England, David Moyes's side Hammers are willing to break record transfer once again this season to land him in the coming season.

"I was really disappointed in Andy - I don't believe there was any excuse for what he did".

"He was in the squad last week. He will be in the squad this weekend as well".

The Hammers have endured an extremely hard campaign thus far, and now sit in 15th spot in the Premier League table, just three points clear of the relegation zone.

"The best thing in football is that you have another game and we have our next one on Saturday and we need to give our best".

The Hammers have not won at the King Power Stadium since 2012, and they are hardly heading into tomorrow's fixture in great form, having not won in their last four Premier League outings. We have moved on, it's done and dusted.
