IL tattoo artist Catherine Alexander has filed a lawsuit against WWE and 2K Games, according to TMZ Sports.

According to TMZ.com, Catherine Alexander, a tattoo artist from IL, is suing both WWE and 2K Games for what she feels is illegal use of the tattoo designs she has done for WWE star Randy Orton.

The woman behind the suit is Catherine Alexander - a tattoo artist from IL - who says she's been tattooing Orton going back to '03. and owns the copyrights to the designs.

When the artist first raised her concerns with WWE in 2009, she was offered (and turned down) $450 for the rights to her designs. She declined the offer from WWE, but the TMZ Sports report doesn't indicate where the discussion between Alexander and WWE went from there. It's unclear how much Alexander wants now, but she's clearly irritated by WWE/2K's repeated use of her work.
