A 43-year-old London man is facing several child pornography charges after a raid last week at a Clarence Street home.

Ruff, 43, of Clifton Park, was arrested on December 21, 2016, and has been in custody since then. He faces at least five years in prison, with a maximum of 20 years.

As part of his plea, Young admitted to using the child to produce child pornography. According to an arrest affidavit, the task force told police on September 1 about an image of child pornogrpahy that was uploaded to a phone number that was ultimately tracked to Snyder.

Ruff is scheduled to be sentenced on August 15, 2018, by Senior U.S. District Judge Norman A. Mordue. He must also comply with all sex offender registration and public notification requirements. "This case exemplifies how local and federal law enforcement agencies and state and federal prosecutor's offices work together to investigate and prosecute cases involving children", Kirsch said.

Officers also discovered approximately 8 computers, almost 40 hard drives, and numerous cameras, SD cards, cell phones and USB drives, according to U.S. Attorney Kirsch.
