That's about all we've got right now, and while it's not much, Fox knows audiences aren't really turning out to Deadpool 2 for the story.

During the hotly anticipated season 8 finale of AMC's The Walking Dead, which aired in the late hours of Sunday, April 15, 20th Century Fox and the marketing team behind Deadpool 2 made a decision to capitalize on the mass amount of people watching at home by airing three new teasers for the upcoming sequel. As part of the big trio of Walking Dead shows tonight, the film has launched a series of three TV spots that stitch together as a new green band trailer. Altogether they create a amusing albeit familiar new look at Deadpool 2.

Both pop-ups will feature Deadpool 2-inspired Harder flavors, and Harder is offering a chance to win a trip to the film's premiere. In the comics there is actually a prominent zombie version of Deadpool known as Headpool (because he is just a disembodied head), and it would have been cool to see him somehow involved in this connection with The Walking Dead.

Deadpool 2 has a May 18, 2018 release directed by John Wick's David Leitch also starring Josh Brolin as the time travelling mutant Cable, Zazie Beetz as Domino, Leslie Uggams as Blind Al, Morena Baccarin as Vanessa, Brianna Hildebrand as Negasonic Teenage Warhead, Stefan Kapicic as Colossus with Shioli Kutsuna in a mystery role and Jack Kesy rumored as Black Tom Cassidy. That means we're getting a rare superhero movie for which we know next to nothing about the plot, so it'll hopefully be a nice surprise when the film hits theaters next month.
