But according to the report, the word at WWE Raw last night was that Borash was signed with WWE and several Impact sources have also confirmed he provided his notice.

The exodus of Impact talent continues as longtime Impact Wrestling personality Jeremy Borash has been hired by World Wrestling Entertainment. Borash was backstage at the WWE events in Philadelphia over the past few days but was stated that he was just visiting some friends. You might know Borash best as the announcer for Impact Wrestling but he has a brilliant mind for the pro wrestling business, can read people, and is one of the hardest working people Impact Wrestling had on their payroll. "Many people associate the brand with JB due to his longevity and dedication to IMPACT Wrestling".

He held many different hats there, most notably ring announcing, commentating and doing backstage interviews at different points in front of the camera. With his departure, that means that Impact will be airing several months of Impact with a lead announcer that is not coming back. He worked on the creative side and was a tireless producer and content creator forthe company, most famously editing and putting together the Hardy "Broken Universe" material and Impact's British Bootcamp reality series. He was the one who the company could consistently count on to do anything, especially when Dixie Carter was in charge.

Borash had been with Impact since the company's formation in 2002.

Borash was with the company since the beginning in 2002 and was basically the do-everything man. Borash also ran live events through the years, and was a big part of the company's social media presence.

Borash got his start in wrestling with WCW, doing their WCW Live radio shows in March of 1999, pioneering online streaming audio.
