Guice is the latest draft-eligible Tiger to enter the NFL Draft, joining defensive backs Kevin Toliver and Donte Jackson, offensive lineman Toby Weathersby and linebacker Arden Key.

Slowed by injuries early in his junior season, Guice still rushed for 1,251 yards and 11 touchdowns on 237 carries. Much like Leonard Fournette a year ago, Guice could have an immediate impact in the NFL. Guice announced his intention to forgo the final year of his eligibility Wednesday and will hire an agent, making him one of the best running backs in the 2018 class. He had five 100-yard performances this past season, including a 276-yard effort against Ole Miss. The first came last season against Arkansas, when the tailback posted 252 in a win.

Over his career, Guice notched 3,074 yards on 471 carries and scored 29 touchdowns on the ground. Taking over midseason for the injured Leonard Founette, Guice led the SEC in rushing yards (1,387) and yards per carry (7.6). He finishes his career with a remarkable average of 6.5 yards per carry. "The stocky back-he's listed at 5'8" and 218 pounds-was first-team All-SEC in 2016 and second-team this season.

The Baton Rogue native caught two touchdown passes and finished with 122 all-purpose yards (98 rushing, 24 receiving) while earning the game's most valuable player, despite the loss.
