Ghost Recon Wildlands fans will come face-to-face with iconic movie monster The Predator in the new The Hunt event DLC for PS4, Xbox One and PC.

A new Ghost Recon Wildlands Predator DLC puts you in the shoes of Arnold Schwarzenegger as you're stalked through the jungles of Bolivia by the universe's greatest hunter.

"The Predator is a flawless fit for the Bolivian jungle of Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands, and fits flawlessly within the tense and tactical gameplay of the franchise from Ubisoft", said Rick Phillips, president of FoxNext Games. After all, there's one moment in the footage that shows the camera resting behind the Predator for just a quick moment while its prey runs around the jungle spraying bullets indiscriminately, intimating the feature's availability.

"The Predator will bring its unique skills to a special challenge that sees players (solo or with up to four players in co-op) hunting the creature-and being hunted in return". The Predator event will extend into early January where players can either take on the challenge themselves or with friends, and Predator-themed gear will be available in the in-game store. You'll be able to dress up your character like those from the movies, and even give them a Predator wristblade to take down enemies in style.

Those looking forward to taking part in Ghost Recon: Wildlands' Predator challenge won't have to wait much longer, as it begins tomorrow, December 14, and it is completely free for players to experience. The free update will also add a number of items inspired by the first Predator movie.

The new Ghost War class inspired by main character Dutch from the original Predator movie will allow offensive players to engage in Battle Rage mode, a new alternative to create strategies and tactics on the PvP battleground.

Ghost Recon Wildlands PvP mode Ghost War will also be getting a Predator-inspired addition.
