According to a report, the 29-year-old broke down in tears on TV show "The Doctors" as he discussed it.

"Cocaine was negative, meth was negative, THC aka marijuana was positive", Stork began. "I'm concerned about my overall health because people tell me I look like I have AIDS or I look like I have cancer or I look like I'm dying", Carter said. Yet when it came time to take a drug test, he tested positive for a few unsafe medications.

"What scares me about that drug panel is that your sister perished from a drug overdose", Stork explained. "And I just want to get better". My sister passed away from it.

When asked if he was afraid of accidentally overdosing, Aaron once again remembered his late sister, Leslie, who died in 2012 from a combination of prescription medication.

Aaron noted that he takes the medications for his extreme stress and anxiety, often related to flying, but that he's trying to find other ways to deal with his emotional traumas.

"I didn't realize I was 115 pounds". Aaron says to the camera in the promo. "I know that it's a hard road", he admitted of giving up drugs entirely.

The pop singer said he is always anxious about overdosing like his sister. "And that was a scary thing".

Carter was arrested in July (17) for reportedly driving under the influence of narcotics. The arrest led to a series of public incidents, including him announcing he's bisexual and getting into a "terrible" auto crash.
