Actor George Clooney and his wife Amal are hosting a Yazidi refugee at their home in Augusta, Kentucky, The Hollywood Reporter revealed earlier this week.

After Amal's trip to the Maldives, the couple had a long talk about how much they should put themselves on the line, given that they are now parents.

"When she finally got out of there, she had another client in jail in Azerbaijan", said Clooney. " I had a photo of her, smiling to these giraffes and I said, 'I think I'm going to ask him to marry me, ' " assures the actor. The 56-year-old star, recently welcomed twins Alexander and Ella with his wife Amal Clooney. "Immediately, we felt we were just happy, and we have been happy ever since". I want them to be compassionate about other people's plights. "It would seem self-centered to just have that belong to us".

A little bit. Not Scaramucci-racy, but ... you know, I have over the years with my friends said a lot of really [outrageous things]. " There is a place called the Giraffe Manor, where these animals pass the head through the window and you kiss", says George Clooney. "I already had them quite late".

"I want them to have a sense of humour".

But everyone wondered one thing - would they do the classic celebrity thing and give their twins unconventional names (like Gwyneth Paltrow's daughter "Apple" or Ryan Reynolds' daughter "James"), or would they choose traditional names for their children?

You might not be lucky enough to be George Clooney but we all are lucky enough to have him around to share these kinds of things with us.

He also added, "But I'm a very good diaper guy, which I didn't know I would be".
