Earlier trhis month, Gadgets Now too had got access to an unannounced Lenovo "K8 Plus" smartphone that is being currently tested in India.

On the success of selling previous Lenovo smartphones on its website the home grown e-commerce marketplace is now looking forward to the launch of Lenovo's latest mobile phone.

The upcoming Lenovo K8 Plus is going to be a mid-range smartphone, Flipkart said in its release - however the exact price will only be revealed at the time of launch. The K8 Note was received well by the domestic market and this has prompted the giant to launch its two other K8 devices in the country. Expect the two phones to make landfall by the second half of the next month.

Furthermore, Flipkart also confirmed that the K8 Plus will feature dual cameras with bokeh effect mode and will run Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box.

On Tuesday, Lenovo India posted a teaser video of K8 Plus on Twitter, showing a dedicated media button on the left side of the smartphone. Like the K8 Note, Lenovo is expected to continue the stock Android presence in the K8 Plus as well. Lenovo India also confirms that the upcoming K8 Plus will come with a good camera and smooth performance. Lenovo has been out of the scene for a while, to be precise, after the launch of Lenovo P2 in January earlier this year, the Chinese company only focussed on launching phone under Motorola brand. However, there isn't any information on the K8 as of now, and Lenovo hasn't teased the smartphone either. In addition to the K8 Plus, Lenovo is rumored to launch another smartphone called the K8.

The company recently announced the Lenovo K8 Note in India at a starting price of Rs 12,999. This is in line with Lenovo's policy of moving to stock android for its new range of smartphones. The flagship K8 will be sporting a 5-inch display with not many changes. On the camera front, the K8 Note comes with 13-megapixel + 5-megapixel dual cameras at the back. There is also 13 mega pixel selfie camera on the front.
