ZTE launched the Blade V7 and Blade V7 Lite back at MWC in early 2016. Somewhat strangely then, now the company announced the Blade V7 Plus. ZTE's latest affordable smartphone Blade V7 Plus is an upgrade over Blade V7. The ZTE Blade V7 Plus will be available in platinum grey and ion gold color options and is already up for sale in countries like Russian Federation and Australia. The pricing details of the smartphone have not been revealed yet.

About the ZTE Blade V7 Plus, the smartphone gets a fingerprint scanner on the back and a slightly bumped up 2540mAh non-removable battery instead of 2500mAh seen on Blade V7. Up front, it comes with a 2.5D glass on top of the display, with the volume rocker and power button on the left and right-hand side respectively. It is powered by a 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6753 octa-core Cortex-A53 processor paired with Mali-T720 MP3 and 2GB of RAM.

On the software front, the smartphone runs on the same Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system.

Coming to the specs of this handset, the ZTE Blade V7 Plus will come with a 5.2-inch display with 1920 x 1080 pixels IPS display.

The device comes equipped with a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and autofocus. It also has 5 megapixels front camera for video calls and selfies.

In terms of connectivity, the ZTE Blade V7 Plus supports Hybrid dual-SIM configuration (Micro SIM + Nano SIM / microSD card), that means you can either use this as a dual-SIM phone without memory card option or single-SIM phone with memory card option.
