Bash Blasts Briefing on 'Ridiculous Tweet,' Implores Trump to Focus on Policy

Last time I checked, the definition of "tough" wasn't "cyber-bullying a TV show host via Twitter". It was a steamy summer afternoon and reporters and photographers were shoehorned into a small Manhattan apartment for a civic group's announcement. We have to stand up for our rights.

The hostess was horrified and shrieked, "What are you doing?" "'I don't know whether it's accurate or not, but go take a look at it' because it disgraces you?"

America should be so lucky now.

"Does this President actually expect us not to report on stories of foreign countries trying to impact our elections", asked Charlie Spiering, Breitbart's White House Correspondent. "But Brian Karem said what many people have been thinking". The reporting on Trump's tweets is not the problem, it's the tweets themselves. That's not what he's getting.

He accuses them of publishing fake news, and they respond with such blind hatred that they end up publishing fake news.

Then she was asked what she tells her children about the president's tweets, can he be considered a role model? In doing so, executives conveniently confuse animus with professional skepticism, and cite growing audiences as proof of their good judgment.

"And Republicans on this question are split down the middle - half of Republicans say that they're reckless and distracting". Now it's boring and untrustworthy.

He specifically despises CNN, which recently apologized for and retracted a false story, as it should have, and let three people go.

At some other location in the White House, you could nearly hear Trump saying, "Yeah, where's the outrage for me?!".

Critics have condemned Trump's most controversial comments for some time now, but several of his statements have become flashpoints in the past week. He is despicable, but surely there are far more newsworthy occurrences that should be attended to. Besides his editing, he writes for Playboy, where his first-person account of the confrontation was posted late Tuesday.

Sanders was in the middle of blasting the media, specifically the use of anonymous sources and the now-retracted CNN story on Russian Federation ties with the Trump campaign, when Karem interjected. I'm not saying he's burning the media in effigy. No.

He also slammed the White House for the briefing's delay. Administrations before Trump were also confounded by it and those that follow Trump's will raise the same complaint: why independent media's focus on crimes and mistakes of government, publicizing secrets, with the sources of the leak not identified.

But it's a odd war - one that is important only to the extent Trump can be linked to it.

"I'm obsessed with the White House's war on the press and on media", Todd said on his show, "MTP Daily".

But, more significantly, Mika and Joe say, "I$3 s Mr. Trump's continued mistreatment of women".

"Some have suggested in their tweet response or public announcements today that the president misconstrued one of the messages that should have been gathered from the shooting that involved Steve Scalise and others, the hostility of the verbal environment can create an atmosphere of violence".

Complaints about anonymous sources and negative reporting are ancient and common.

The Editorial Board believes the behavior of the White House compromises our democracy by placing undue stress on our nation's press corps, hindering them from being able to effectively and confidently do their jobs.

Critics and supporters are sharply divided over President Trump's most recent controversial tweet in which he a shared an edited video of his body-slamming someone who has the CNN logo superimposed over his face. I love the old days. He was wrong, but honest and devoid of pretentious self-importance.
