A paddling of ducks helped announce the television movie premiere date today on the official "DuckTales" Facebook page, which also debuted the series opening title and new rendition of the iconic theme song.

Woo-oo! DuckTales is back in action.

Disney XD's DuckTales reboot not only has a confirmed release date, there's also a brand new theme song and intro to go along with the revamped series! The movie will air for 24 consecutive hours, starting at midnight Saturday, Aug. 12.

When the original song's writer, Mark Mueller, was approached to hear the new version, he admitted that he was "nervous", but ultimately thought that the reboot's team did "an wonderful job". It will be released by Walt Disney Records on Friday, June 23rd, but you can check it out in the video below! Apart from the series regulars Scrooge McDuck, nephews Donald Duck, Huey, Dewey, Louie, Webby, Launchpad McQuack, Gizmoduck, a new character Mark Beaks has been introduced. Enthralled by their once-legendary great-uncle and the wonder of McDuck Manor, the triplets and Webby learn of long-kept family secrets and unleash totems from Scrooge's epic past, sending the family on an adventure of a lifetime to the Lost City of Atlantis.

The voice cast of DuckTales features - get ready - David Tennant, Danny Pudi, Ben Schwartz, Bobby Moynihan, Kate Micucci, Beck Bennett, Toks Olagundoye, Tony Anselmo, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Allison Janney, Margo Martindale, Paul F. Tompkins, Kimiko Glenn, Jim Rash, Josh Brener, Keith Ferguson, Eric Bauza, and Corey Burton.
