Kohlhepp, a real estate agent in SC, owned a 95-acre property close to Woodruff. While searching the property, the officers heard screams from the container, after which they sawed open the bin only to find Brown seated on a makeshift bedding, dressed in a long-sleeved shirt, sweatpants, and flip-flops.

The woman, Kala Brown, was locked inside of a shipping container.

'Charlie? He shot him, ' she said quietly. Prosecutors said he believed that they were making fun of him.

"He says he's dead and buried", the woman said.

She then went on to explain that Kohlhepp had buried him on his property and scattered pepper all over the property to confuse the police dogs.

Kohlhepp has confessed to killing seven people, including four people he gunned down at a motorcycle shop, ABC News in the USA reports. His guilty plea was in exchange for serving seven consecutive life sentences with no chance of parole.

In one recording, officers can be scene cutting through a green metal storage container in a wooded area and finding victim Kala Brown sitting inside with a chain around her neck.

In other video footage, Kohlhepp appears relaxed with investigators.

On a plastic table next to Brown are several paperback books and a food container. On Friday, prosecutors released several videos and pictures and hundreds of pages of evidence in order to prove him guilty.

Brown was chained to make her movement limited and this included a chain attached to her neck. "I cleared that building in under 30 seconds", Kohlhepp told investigators.

In a separate video, Kohlhepp talks to investigators last November about how he killed four workers at Superbike Motorsports in Chesnee in 2003.

Brown, who said Kohlhepp also raped her, told Dr. Phil earlier this year that the serial killer bragged that he'd murdered nearly 100 people, but it's unclear if he'll be charged with any more deaths.

Based on Brown's confession, police officers thoroughly searched the property and found three bodies on the rural Spartanburg County property.

Since her rescue, Ms Brown has been given space to heal and become "physically and mentally fine", according to police.

The investigators questioned him about whether any of the victims begged for their lives or said anything to him.

Brown was raped twice a day, every day, for two months.

Even though it had been 13 years, Kohlhepp detailed each shot he fired at the Superbike shop, including final shots to the forehead of 30-year-old Scott Ponder, Beverly Guy, 52, 30-year-old Brian Lucas and Chris Sherbert, 26. "I will tell you that once I engaged, I was engaged", he said.

He also killed 29-year-old Johnny Coxie and 26-year-old Leigh McCraw-Coxie in December 2015.

'She wanted Little Caesar's pizza.

But there was no mention of Kohlhepp's criminal history and why he was a registered sex offender.
