While the November event has yet to be officially announced, notorious Apple leaker Jon Prosser thinks he knows when it will be - and we don't have long to wait. According to his sources, the company's November Mac event will take place on the 17th of November.

Back in June, Apple Chief Executive Officer Tim Cook had announced the company's departure from the Intel chips that now power all of its Mac machines to its proprietary processor Apple Silicon in a bid to provide a more powerful and energy-efficient system that operates more like Apple's mobile devices (iPhone, iPod and iPad).

"To confirm, there IS a November ARM Mac event", Prosser said in a tweet.

Going by current rumors, Apple may launch the 12-inch MacBook with Apple Silicon chip. Earlier this week, Mark Gurman from Bloomberg had reported that the first Mac laptop with Apple's own processor will launch in November along with "other products".

Aside from new Macs, it's possible Apple's November event could shed light on Apple's AirTags, which many have been expecting to be announced sometime this year.
