With the Redskins adjusting their linebacker assignments, the Patriots got a favorable matchup with Bolden running a wheel route out of the backfield opposite a slower linebacker.

Three days after wide receiver Phillip Dorsett injured his hamstring in Washington, the Patriots ruled him out of Thursday's game against the Giants. It has seemed unlikely since Monday that he would play against NY, given that he was listed as a non-participant on the team's practice reports.

The Patriots are current 16.5 point favorites and only one other team (Baltimore) is favored by double digits in Week 6.

The Giants' injury outlook is worse.

The Giants also will be without receiver Sterling Shepard, who is in the league's concussion protocol for the second time this season, tight end Evan Engram, the team's leading receiver (373 yards) who is dealing with a sprained MCL, and running back, Wayne Gallman, Barkley's top backup who also is in the concussion protocol.

Here are the Tuesday injury reports for both teams.

Perhaps the best line from the whole video is Belichick reflecting on Bolden's play, saying "Being able to do it on the practice field leads to success on Sunday".
