According to this post in the Samsung Community, the Samsung One UI 2 beta, which includes Android 10, is "coming soon".

Yes, you heard that right Samsung fans.

Samsung made a quick deployment past year out of Android 9 Pie and its then-new One UI for the Galaxy S9, launching its beta in November and releasing a stable update for certain EMEA countries on December 24. Samsung confirmed that South Korean variants of the Samsung Galaxy S10 family will be the first to use the beta. The Galaxy S10 5G won't be included with this first rollout. You can check out the beta poster attached above, which says that the Samsung Members app will house a banner with details on the opening date. After an announcement, US devices will get the first opportunity to participate followed by some European devices.

Samsung's annual developer conference takes place at the end of the month, October 29 and October 30, and I'd imagine that's when we'll see One UI 2 unveiled, including full launch details.

Samsung reassures us that it's "speeding up to provide the most stable version", so the beta should be available sooner rather than later.

Beta testing means that you're dealing with pre-release software, so there could be some bugs if you do get into this Samsung beta.
