Samsung's Mid-Range A-series Phones Are Coming to the US

With the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 launch rapidly approaching, several leaks of the device have been arising giving us a fair idea of some of the features it will come loaded with.

Samsung will be expanding its USA smartphone portfolio this summer; starting in June, the first of three Galaxy A-series devices - the most affordable one starting at $179.99 - will be available.

Samsung's Galaxy A50 is a mid-range phone, coming in at $349.99. The update is now available to users in Thailand.

Galaxy A50 also comes with a huge 6.4-inch full HD+ Super AMOLED Inifinity-U display and a 4,000mAh battery to power the display. The update brings One UI version 1.1 to the smartphone.

At the same time, Galaxy J7 Pro, which is identical to the J7 (2017) in all terms except for its bigger storage - with options between the 32GB and 64GB. Earlier, the feature would only enable itself when the camera senses a dark environment but with a recent update, the company fixed it on the S10 series.

The Galaxy A50 will be the first to launch in the United States on June 13. The last two Galaxy Tab S generations launched with previous-gen chipsets, so it's nice Samsung is finally bringing its tablets up to speed. The Galaxy Note 10 Pro is also rumoured to come with 45W fast charging features giving it one of the fastest in the world. Currently, the update appears to be limited to the LTE variant of the tablet and is only available in Italy for now. According to Samsung, the A50 will get quarterly security updates.
