The TurboGrafx-16 mini will be released in North America, while variants called PC Engine Core Grafx and PC Engine mini will be released in Europe and Japan, respectively.

The Japanese version of the console will get Super Star Soldier, The Kung Fu, PC Genjin, Castlevania: Rondo of Blood, Ys Book I & II, and Dungeon Explorer.

The Konami TurboGrafx-16 mini game console heareans back to the company's 1980s home game console.

Nintendo, Sony, and Sega have all made a decision to offer us mini versions of their old consoles with a bunch of the most popular games preloaded.

This time, it's NEC / Hudson's legendary PC Engine, the system which took Japan by a storm in the late '80s and came to the U.S. in the (slightly less successful) form of the TurboGrafx-16. There will be two controller ports and the controller will be an updated version of the original gamepad. Numerous games on those systems, though, have been re-released in myriad forms for many different platforms over the years. Original TurboGrafx hardware and software can command significant prices in today's secondhand market as well.

Now, at long last, the TurboGrafx-16 is making a comeback!
