Amul dedicates cartoon in Yuvraj Singh's honour

After donning Indian jersey for a long time, Yuvraj Singh finally made a decision to hang his boots from global cricket.

After Yuvraj Singh bid adieu to his career, fans from all around the world showered love and support on the former star cricketer. Joining the numerous netizens who were all praise for Yuvraj, Amul posted a cartoon, showing Yuvraj in his typical bat swing posture alongside the Amul girl.

Captioned "The king of sixes & ODI bids goodbye to cricket!" the brand's tweet not only refers to Yuvi's wonderful feat of hitting six sixes in one over during the inaugural T20 World Cup in South Africa in 2007 but also hails him as the "King" of 6s and ODIs. "Vi (we) love it!", it added.

The Chandigarh lad is known for his significant contribution to India's success in the 2007 T20I World Cup and the 2011 World Cup. He though might continue to play in Indian Premier League and other franchise-based leagues.
