After several speculations and leaks, Xiaomi has finally put an end to all the rumours around its latest Xiaomi Mi Band 4.

One of the biggest upgrades over the Mi Band 3 is the full color AMOLED display on the Mi Band 4.

The regular Mi Band 4 will cost 169 Yuan (~$25) while the NFC model will be 229 Yuan (~$33).

The NFC variant of the Mi Band 4 offers 15 days of battery life whereas the standard variant of the Mi Band 4 can last up to 20 days on a single charge.

Like its predecessor, the Mi Band 4 will still come with a built-in heart-rate sensor and it is expected to retain the same 50-metre water resistance. There's no word on when it will launch in India. Moreover, the Mi Band 4 can distinguish between different swimming styles due to its six-axis sensor.

The Mi Band 4 comes with a microphone for voice assistance.

To recall, the Xiaomi Mi Band 3 was launched in China back in May past year with the same starting price of CNY 169 that comes with the new Mi Band model. It's 0.95-inches with a resolution of 120 x 240, and it's the first time the company has employed a color display on its fitness tracker. This comes as a notable upgrade over the 0.78-inch monochromatic OLED display on the Mi Band 3. Furthermore, one can also choose from the list of wrist band options that Xiaomi has launched. There's going to be a large number of themes for it really soon and I'm excited to check them out. The product that we are talking about is the Xiaomi Mi Band. Xiaomi and Huawei. Strictly talking about global sales of wrist worn devices, Xiaomi eclipses even Apple, and it's all thanks to a super-affordable line of fitness trackers that are not actually and officially available in the US. You can now also control music on the Mi Band 4, which will obviously have to be my favorite feature. It's now also waterproof up to 5ATM and 50-meter, which sounds great for divers as well. But like the Mi Band 3, it's unlikely you'll be able NFC outside of China to make payments. It can be charged via the 2-pin Pogo Pin connector on the back. With this new launch, Xiaomi will be offering better hardware and improved features.

There's now no word on when Mi Band 4 launches in India, but we could hope to see Xiaomi launch it alongside the Redmi K20 series next month.
