Verizon’s Galaxy S10 5G released without one major feature

There's no exact date mentioned by the report when the Galaxy Fold re-launch will happen, but it is allegedly already being tested with Korean carriers.

The video shows the S10 5G shooting up to 1098 Mbps download speed on a device that is available on a commercial wireless network. We used the Galaxy S10 5G connected to Verizon's 5G ultra wideband signal. It's insane the difference a month makes.

Following numerous reports from reviewers that flaws in the new Galaxy Fold caused them to inadvertently destroy the phone, Samsung now appears to have tweaked the design to prevent future mishaps. She said, "Hot damn, this is like a whole different 5G network #Verizon #GalaxyS105G #SpeedTest".

While these 5G tests weren't at almost 1.4Gbps, they were fast (around 1Gbps) and depended on if the app maker was optimized to deliver fast speeds. Millimetre wave has trouble going through buildings, blocks, and cars.

In other words, the pull from our 5G device and direct line of sight of the 5G node was important, but so is the push from Google, Netflix and other content providers. It even frequently dropped back down to 4G LTE mid-test.
