The former "Full House" star has been a mainstay on the Hallmark Channel - starring in numerous shows and movies since coming on board in 2013.

The company distanced itself from Loughlin in a statement on Thursday, saying it was "saddened" by the allegations she's facing.

Loughlin has been involved in a number of Hallmark projects over the years, including the popular series When Calls the Heart, as well as the recurring Garage Sale Mysteries TV movies.

But the arrest of actress Lori Loughlin in a college admissions bribery scheme has created a challenge for the family-friendly cable channel.

Hallmark Cards Inc. says it will no longer working with Loughlin and has stopped development of all productions involving her.

Additionally, cosmetics company Sephora says it's dropping its social-media relationship with Loughlin's daughter.

"After careful review of recent developments, we have made the decision to end the Sephora Collection partnership with Olivia Jade, effective immediately", a Sephora representative wrote in an email on Thursday.

Loughlin was taken into custody by Federal Bureau of Investigation agents in Los Angeles early Wednesday after being one of over 40 people charged in a college admissions cheating scam, including her husband, fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli.

Earlier this week, Lori Loughlin, and her husband Mossimo Giannulli, were arrested after it was discovered that they allegedly paid $500,000 to get their two daughters accepted into the University of Southern California.
